Sara and I decorated the apartment last weekend, and got a little creative We’ve got a huge hallway on our apartment just going to waste, so we decided to turn in into a winter wonderland of sorts. I think it came out pretty great - here’s some photos:
Lol, For some reason, immediately after I read this I heard a “Smokey the bear” voice in my head say “Only you can prevent the Christmas doldrums. Decorate your apartment today.”
We need to attract more comments to our respective blogs. It\’s fun chatting back and forth, but I need to find a way to get people to interact. I\’ve been trying to give people things to talk about in the comments section, but blah.
I know that they\’re out there. I check the stats. It\’s weird: you know what the two things are the most popular things that lead people to my site?
Snarf! hahaha.. awsome..
I hear the Thundercats are out on DVD! I gots to get me some of that!
sorry bri, no help on the way to get more people to comment.. the only thing that sticks in my head that i see when surfing is that people need to check back often, and think that when they type something, they’ll get a reaction of some sort, or know that people are reading their posts. Otherwise, they won’t post… need a community.
my 2cents.

Looks really great guys. I’ve been kinda bummed about the fact that my apartment isn’t at all Christmas-ish. Maybe I’ll do a few lights this evening.

First off is a post I did almost a year ago quoting a piece from called \”On the Improbibility of the Death Star\’s Trash Compactor\”. Hysterical. I get two or three hits daily from people looking for that in Google.
The other is the neato. I posted about this, and it generates at least 5 hits a day.
Weird.
Any ideas on how we can both attract comments? They make me feel all warm and fuzzy inside.
BTW One of the funniest things I have ever read in my entire life, is a piece from McSweeney\’s that I won\’t even ruin by describing. Just read it.
